What is your shipping policy?
I ship all orders (domestic and international) via USPS First Class mail. I ship orders out once or twice (when possible) weekly, which means you can expect a shipping notification within about 7 business days. For international orders, customs fees may apply to your order. This is out of my control and not my responsibility, so please check with your local government before purchase if this may be an issue for you. Recently, there has been a major slowdown in international package delivery. I am seeing international packages take several weeks (or even months) to arrive. This is normal and out of my control. If 2+ months have passed and you still have not received your items, please contact me.
I do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items. If you never received your item and your local post office cannot find it, please email me at email@example.com so we can figure out a solution.
What is your return policy?
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If the item is defective or damaged in any way, please contact me for a replacement.

How do I attach my new patch?
I highly recommend sewing instead of ironing it on (incase you change your mind down the road, or want to put the patch on something else someday) but if you want to iron it, just put the patch in position, place a piece of cotton cloth over it and iron it on (no steam!). Once it's secure, turn the garment inside-out and iron it again for 10 seconds. For best results, put in a couple hand stitches to make sure it's extra secure.
Sorry, but no. Please be careful with your pins and check to make sure they are secure. If you are worried about them falling off, you can buy locking pinbacks from Sabretooth Dream here (they also make really rad pins). I do not provide replacements for lost pins.
